Utah County's Official Welcome Basket!

Real people.
Real baskets.
Real welcome.

Every month, three sisters knock on the doors of new residents in your community and hand-deliver a welcome basket — with a gift from your business and a genuine smile. No algorithm, no bulk mail. Just neighbors meeting neighbors.

Why new movers matter

The first 90 days are the most valuable window in marketing.

New movers spend more in their first 6 months than an established resident does in 3 years.

Why it works

We're not a coupon mailer.
We're your neighbors.

Hometown Hello
A hand-delivered welcome, from a real face at the door.
  • Your business arrives with a smile, not buried in a pile of junk mail
  • New residents are actively looking for local services — you're first through the door
  • One sponsor per category per city — zero competition in the same basket, ever
  • You get every home's address at month's end — follow up directly
  • Delivered by Utah County locals — community trust, not corporate marketing
The Coupon Mailer
Bulk mail nobody asked for, sharing space with 40 competitors.
  • Lands in the recycling bin with the rest of the stack
  • Sent to broad lists — not specifically new residents in your area
  • Your competitors are right there on the same page
  • No follow-up data — you never know who actually saw it
  • A service, not a neighbor — zero community trust built

The process

How it works — for you.

Three steps. No hassle. Just show up in someone's home on the best possible day.

You become a sponsor

Reach out, we confirm your category is open in your city, and we figure out what you'd like in the basket — a coupon, branded swag, a flyer, or all three.

We do the legwork

Every month, we track new residents in Utah County, hand assemble each basket, and deliver them ourselves — your materials right along with a warm welcome.

You follow up directly

At month's end you receive the addresses of every home we visited, plus any other contact information we collected. Reach out however works for your business. The connection is yours.

Three steps. One open spot. Your category in your city.

What's inside

The welcome basket, explained.

Hometown Hello welcome basket on doorstep
A gift from your business

A small token — a sample, a treat, a swag piece. It's what turns the basket from "marketing" into something that builds warmth and trust from the first touch.

Your coupon or promo

A discount, intro offer, or first-visit deal — something concrete that helps a new resident take action and try you out on day one.

City & community resources

School district info, emergency services, city contacts, trash days, library cards — everything a new family genuinely needs in their first week.

A scannable digital version

A QR code on every basket. Residents scan it and get a digital version of everything inside — saved to their phone, so nothing ever gets lost.

An invite to the neighborhood

A welcome to a local Facebook community where they can meet the neighbors who waved them in — real people, real conversations, real roots from week one.

A recommendation from a local

Hand-delivered, with a smile, by someone who actually lives here. It doesn't feel like an ad — it feels like a neighbor saying "hey, you should try these folks."

The neighbors knocking

The Sisters Behind the Baskets

When we say your neighbors are doing the welcoming — we mean us. Hi. We're the ones knocking on the door.

Where we deliver

Two cities. One exclusive spot per category.

We'll never put two businesses from the same category in the same basket. Your spot is yours — and nobody else's.

Common questions

Everything you might be wondering.

If something isn't here, just reach out — we're easy to get ahold of.

We're a local welcome committee run by three sisters in Utah County. Every month we hand-assemble welcome baskets and deliver them door-to-door to new residents in Utah County — as neighbors, not a marketing service. We show up at the door and hand the basket over in person. That's the whole difference.
You partner with us to include your coupon or marketing materials in every welcome basket that month. We deliver 100 baskets per month, per city, to new residents across Eagle Mountain, Saratoga Springs, and more communities coming soon throughout Utah County. At the end of the month, you get the names and addresses of every home we visited — follow up however works for your business.
No — never. We take one sponsor per business category, per city. If you're the dental sponsor for Eagle Mountain, no other dental office will ever appear in an Eagle Mountain basket. Your spot is exclusive for as long as you're a partner.
We deliver 100 welcome baskets per month, per city, to new residents across Utah County.
We currently serve Eagle Mountain and Saratoga Springs in Utah County, Utah. We're actively planning to expand to additional cities — reach out if you're in a neighboring area and we'd love to chat.
Pricing depends on your city, category, and what you'd like in the baskets. Fill out our form or email us — no commitment required to have that conversation.
We encourage items that stick around — a magnet, branded pen, reusable bag, or product sample that keeps your name in a new resident's home long after the basket is opened. Coupons work well too, especially with a compelling offer and a Hometown Hello-specific code so you can track exactly what traffic is coming from the baskets. We'll help you figure out what makes the most sense for your business.
